Gold Package – Full Management
With this package South Lettings can do all the work for you. The full management option provides the landlord with the highest level of service at competitive rates.
- Marketing - We will provide colour property particulars, advertise on property search engines, leaflet distribution, local press and on our own website along with other marketing activities
- Provide our distinctive “To Let” boards
- We will find you the right tenant
- We will obtain full references for the tenant
- Provide the Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement
- Provide Inventory and Schedule of Conditions (subject to fee)
- We will collect the rent for you and transfer it direct to you within 7 days upon of receipt of the same
- We will carry out any maintenance work and arrange necessary repairs and decoration
- Provide a monthly statement detailing all transactions to date.
- We will make property visits to check the condition of the property and report back to you
- We can arrange all outgoing payments and act as agents in respect of Buildings and Contents insurance.
- Deal with utility companies from start to finish
- Arrange the Deposit Tenancy Scheme
- Not only will we deal with the tenant’s occupation of the property we will deal with checking the tenant out of the property
- We will provide rental protection and legal expenses insurance up to a term of six months

Silver Package – Tenant Find & Rent Collection
The Silver Package is designed for those landlords that have the time to deal with the maintenance and complexities of letting a property.

- Provide our distinctive “To Let” boards
- We will find you the right tenant
- We will obtain full references for the tenant
